Dispatch from the Ranch: Thoughts on Travel + 2026 Retreat Announcements

Hello Friends,

It's time to start announcing retreats for our 2026 season! I'm thrilled to welcome back many retreat leaders entering their third or fourth years with us, as well as new retreat leaders joining our community.

One of my goals with Red Clover Ranch is to build a place where retreat leaders and guests return year after year; creating lasting relationships with the people, the land, and themselves within this special space. I deeply believe in the transformative power of traditions. If you've experienced this, perhaps at summer camp, you know exactly what I'm talking about.

The years start to blur, but the atmosphere of the space becomes an anchor. Just thinking of it conjures vivid memories: the smell of a campfire, the vibrant colors of the valley sunset, the warmth of a summer day, the rain on a metal roof as you doze off, an incredibly delicious meal, an late afternoon sauna followed by cold shower plunge, the essence of deep conversations, and the discoveries in your practice... a beautiful blur of somatic memories.

That time takes on a life of its own. Simply thinking about it can lift you from your day-to-day routine and transport you elsewhere, offering a sweet reset.

Growing up between two different worlds, Chicago and my family's Dude Ranch Resort, I developed a clear understanding of the value in this contrast of place. It nurtures our curiosity and sense of wonder. We cultivate a community of people with shared interests and find rest and renewal in the comfort of a place we know.

So join us at The Ranch next season and read on for our first retreat announcements! Whether you come alone or bring a friend, we'd love to welcome you. Dietary restrictions accommodated. Space is limited, so sign up soon—payment plans are available for most retreats.

We look forward to hosting you,
