Over four days at Red Clover Ranch, we’ll slow down, soften, and reconnect with the parts of ourselves that are often missed in the rush of daily life. This retreat is an invitation to pause—to rest deeply, to listen inward, and to remember what “enough” truly feels like. From the moment you arrive at the ranch, surrounded by forested ridges, open fields, and the quiet beauty of Wisconsin’s Driftless region, you’ll feel the spaciousness begin. Our days will unfold gently with yoga, breathwork, meditation, creative workshops, and intentional pauses woven throughout—moments designed to help you clear the mind, nurture the body, and reconnect with your inner landscape. Whether you’re brand new to retreat spaces or returning to deepen your practice, you’ll be held with warmth, compassion, and care.

We’ll savor wholesome vegetarian meals prepared by a private chef using fresh, local, seasonal ingredients. We’ll gather in the beautifully restored 1900s event barn for practice, meals, and conversation. And between sessions, you’ll choose your own sacred pause: wander through the trails, sit with your journal, rest on the porch, sweat in the sauna, or simply breathe under the open sky. Evenings will offer grounding experiences like bonfires, stargazing, and a candlelit healing circle to support your journey inward.

Accommodations include cozy cabins and a four-person bunkhouse, all with access to a serene bathhouse inspired by Japanese and Scandinavian design. With shared spaces, screened porches, and quiet corners, this retreat center invites reflection, connection, and a return to yourself.

Throughout the weekend, we’ll explore the element of ether—the space within and around us. You’ll move, breathe, rest, and learn in community while honoring your own rhythm. Every workshop and class is optional and accessible for all levels of experience.

Nathalys Kim, founder of Sosiego LLC, knows firsthand how transformative yoga can be. Her journey has led her to explore anatomy, gentle yoga, breathwork, healing justice, trauma-informed practices, and yoga philosophy—all with a focus on balance, serenity, and practical wellness. She blends holistic practices with thoughtful teaching, seeking to help others befriend their breath, body, and mind. Nathalys is certified in vinyasa flow, yoga nidra, and breathwork, and she has an international background in languages and education. She makes sure to bring heart, knowledge, community, and warmth to every retreat.
