Come home to yourself. Move. Root down. Breathe deep. Gather what sustains you for the season ahead.
Gather what sustains you for the season ahead.
Gathering Ground is an invitation to meet the turning of the season with warmth, intention, and renewed rhythm. As autumn arrives and the land shifts around us, we gather in community to reconnect with the practices that steady the body and clear the mind. Through warming yoga, supportive breathwork, and the quiet guidance of the natural world, we begin crafting daily rituals that help us feel anchored and alive as we enter the fall.
This retreat offers space to gather your energy, kindle your inner fire, and shape routines that nourish you long after the weekend ends. Held by open skies, crisp air, and the gentle pulse of the Driftless landscape, we build strength, cultivate balance, and reconnect with what sustains us as the seasons change.
Across the weekend, you’ll experience thoughtfully designed movement classes that build warmth, strength, and resilience in the body. Breathwork practices will support focus, steadiness, and emotional clarity. Time outdoors—hiking, journaling, or simply being held by the land—will offer moments of reflection and room to consider what you want to carry forward.
At its heart, Gathering Ground is about setting foundations: creating routines that nourish you, cultivating habits that support your wellbeing, and anchoring yourself in practices that help you feel grounded, clear, and connected as you move through the colder months ahead. It is a time to pause, listen deeply, and root into what truly supports you—body, mind, and heart.
