Join Anna Argeropoulos of Moving Galaxy Yoga and Parisa Shirazi Chavoya of Parisa Yoga Shala at Red Clover Ranch for a Fall Equinox retreat designed to harness and harvest your abundant fall energy and skillfully prepare for the winter ahead. This weekend will honor and attune the energetic centers of the chakras, as we take inspiration from the color and bounty of the land in harvest season. Yoga practices that highlight the energy of our chakra system, evening offerings that help us find energetic harmony and balance through sound healing and deep rest, and the shared ritual fire offerings and sauna storytelling will frame our days. Expect laughter, the delight of farm-to-table mealtimes, and the gift of time and space that is the essence of retreat magic.
Mornings will begin with optional seated meditation, chanting, and chakra kriyas, followed by a chakra-themed yoga practice before breakfast. Days will progress with flexibility and options to explore with small group excursions, bike rides, and swims, as well as space to pursue quiet time on the grounds of the ranch. Late afternoon will culminate in pre-dinner chakra-centered yoga practices designed to tune and re-orient our hearts and spirits, in preparation for the sweetness of meal time and the after-dinner magic time of sauna, sound healing, fire rituals and more.
Expect the bright, colorful energy of fall, paired with the softness and balance of the equinox energy on this retreat. We look forward to this weekend of magic and ease in togetherness.

Anna Argeropoulos is the founder of The Moving Galaxy, a yoga and mindful movement space located in Milwaukee, WI. A practitioner of yoga since she was 8 years old, and a full-time yoga teacher for 20 years, Anna fell in love with the devotional and ritual practices of yoga at Laughing Lotus Yoga in New York City and was certified to teach in 2006 under the direction of Jasmine Tarkeshi and Dana Flynn. Anna is passionate about continuing her own movement education, and has trained and mentored hundreds of yoga teachers through her teacher training programs. Anna likes to call her classes multi-dimensional: beyond the yoga poses, her classes include exploration of philosophy, chanting, breathwork, and dynamic, creative meditative movement, as well as good playlists.
Parisa Shirazi Chavoya is a queer, Iranian-American yoga teacher and sound healing guide who has a passion for curating trauma-informed healing modalities. After working in high education and community organizations for 7 years, Parisa was called to pursuing work in the wellness field in 2022. The journey of deepening her own yoga practice has brought transformative change in her life. She considers it a great privilege to now be able to support others in this journey as they explore their mind, body, and spirit through accessible embodiment practices.
