This is a not-to-be-missed Weekend at The Ranch! Think blooming nature, next-level farm-to-table meals, a private cabin, the mid-Summer beauty of the valley, our biodynamic swim pond, hammock, outdoor games, sauna, and Mediterranean in The Driftless - a special 5 course community dinner on Saturday night - featuring Chef Dani Lind and Guest Chef Mary Kastman, the James Beard Semifinalist behind Purslane. Chefs Mary and Dani will celebrate their friendship, expertise in farm-to-table cuisine, and the bounty of the season with an incredible vegetable-forward meal.
Here’s what the Weekend at the Ranch will look like:
Check-in at the Ranch on Friday between 2-4pm. Get settled in with a hike on our trails, a dip in the biodynamic pond, or read a book in the hammock. At 5pm, join us for a welcome cocktail/mocktail hour and appetizer spread of local cheeses, meats, homemade dips, crackers, and more. The evening meal will feature wood-fire pizzas, local salad, and dessert. We'll cap off the evening with a campfire.
On Saturday morning, wake up to a delicious farm-to-table breakfast with a Wonderstate Coffee and Rishi Tea bar. Then spend the rest of the day exploring the Driftless: hike, bike, canoe, fish, or visit the sweet Farmers Market and shops in Viroqua. There is much to do!

Spend your Saturday onsite at the Ranch: take a hike through our trails, read a book from our library by the pond, play a game on one of the screened in porches, take a nap in the hammock, or enjoy a sauna and cold plunge.
Enjoy the delicious Mediterranean in the Driftless dinner on Saturday evening.
On Sunday morning, brunch will be served with baked goods and a hearty meal to send you on your way.
