Chris and Kyleen Flores, founders of The Summit Health & Fitness, a mobile fitness unit, are passionate about bringing holistic health and wellness to the Sheboygan community and beyond.
Chris transitioned from a career as an Operator Engineer to follow his true calling in health and fitness, helping others build strength, resilience, and confidence. Kyleen, a registered nurse, aspiring board certified nurse coach, brings her deep understanding of holistic well-being and compassionate care to their shared mission.
Together, they believe that true wellness is more than just physical—it’s a blend of mind, body, and soul, deeply connected to nature and community. Through functional movement, mindful practices, and outdoor experiences, they empower individuals to reclaim their health and live with vitality.
Whether through strength training, HIIT workouts, guided backpacking trips, or wellness coaching, Chris and Kyleen are committed to creating transformative experiences that inspire connection, growth, and lifelong well-being and adventure.

Mark Meise | Elevate Yoga
Mark's journey with yoga began in 2021, and was accelerated by the discovery of Elevate Yoga, where he found not just a studio, but a community that embraced me with open arms. Through friendship, shared experiences and endless inspiration, his life was truly elevated, and he was empowered to let go of self-doubt and embrace personal growth.
2023 marked a new chapter when he enrolled in Moving Galaxy’s 200-hour YTT program. This experience not only deepened his understanding of yoga but also introduced him to the enriching world of meditation.
His practice revolves around intentional breath and purposeful movement, finding balance, alignment, and mindfulness in every asana to create space within mind, body and spirit.
Yoga has changed his life profoundly, and he believes it’s a gift everyone can enjoy. As a dedicated practitioner-turned-instructor, he is excited to share this journey with you, guiding and learning together along the path of growth and self-discovery.
Michael Sterns | MTS Meditation
Michael is the founder of MTS Meditation and has been certified to teach Mindfulness Meditation through Dharma Moon & Tibet House. He has been studying and practicing various styles of Buddhist Meditation for the past four years under the guidance of Ethan Nichtern. Michael previously served as a Greek Orthodox Priest for the better part of two decades, extensively practicing contemplative prayer (Christian Meditation), and engaging in both Ecumenical and Interfaith Dialogues. Generosity is the cornerstone of all MTS teachings, and Michael looks forward to sharing the gift of Mindfulness Meditation Practice through this unique offering to The Summit Health & Fitness Community.
