Liza Ritter
Liza has been on the podium for nearly 20 years, starting with “Teen Spin” at her mom and aunt’s studio growing up, where she first experienced the power of movement, music, and community. That early foundation carried her through teaching in college and eventually to owning her own studio. Inspired by the safe, welcoming space her mom's studio created, she is passionate about fostering growth and connection. In her classes, riders can expect a balance of endurance and intervals, moments of reflection through music, and encouragement to push their limits while honoring that however they show up is enough.
Cierra was born and raised in Chicago! Cierra’s background is in dance and she brings that knowledge of fluid movement and alignment into her classes through dynamic transitions and anatomical cues. She loves to bring powerful movements and soulful beats into her vinyasa classes and intelligent flows and hip hop beats into her fitness classes. You can catch her on her mat at least 4 times a week and if she’s not there she’s moving her body somewhere! Her goal in teaching is to provide each student a platform to grow authentically in their practice both on and off the mat. She began her dedicated yoga practice in 2012 and completed her 200hr Yoga certification (2014), Sculpt (Yoga with weights) (2015), Hot sequences (2015) at Corepower Yoga. 300hr Advanced Yoga teacher training 2021 with Jason Crandel. Pre/Postnatal Yoga Teacher training (2021) and Barre Teacher Training (2022). Cierra is the Studio Manager at Zen Yoga Garage and has been a part of the teacher training team since 2020.

Jennifer has a passion for connecting with people and helping them feel empowered and embodied. She co-leads yoga teacher trainings yearly, and has led yoga and pilates retreats internationally for the past 5 years, as well as local workshops and immersions. Her teaching style is a balance between energetic alignment and elemental introspection, connecting it all with breath & body awareness. She aims to bring lightheartedness, metaphor, and humor into her classes.
She is also the creatrix of Dharma Delights, dedicated to sharing high-vibe wellness through organic cold-pressed adaptogenic juices, superfood smoothies, plant-based raw food & ayurvedic food, and western herbalism. She loves enjoying tropical fruit, hiking, cycling, sunbathing and stargazing, and spending time with her husband and animals.
