Dispatch from the Ranch: Farm Dinner Saturday July 11th with Mary Kastman and Dani Lind!

Join us Saturday, July 11th for Mediterranean in the Driftless, a five-course farm-to-table dinner featuring our own Chef Dani Lind & guest Chef Mary Kastman. Mary is a James Beard Semifinalist, the chef behind Purslane in Milwaukee, and the former Executive Chef of The Driftless Cafe. We’re delighted to welcome Mary back to the Driftless for this very special dinner!

Fresh off a trip along the Aegean Coast, Mary is bringing home  Mediterranean coastal inspiration and pairing it with the season's bounty of the Driftless. Together, Mary & Dani have created a vegetable-forward menu brimming with the colors and flavors of the season with both meat & vegetarian options.

Doors open at 6pm, dinner begins at 6:30pm, and we’ll end the evening with a community campfire under the stars.

This is our only farm dinner of the season — join us!
