Dispatch #3 - Our Offerings

Hello Friends,
As we move towards our late spring opening date, we are excited to start programming our season and sharing more about our offerings. A fundamental part of the resort I grew up at – The Golden Horse Ranch in Westfield, WI – was that guests all arrived and left on the same day, creating a unison between guests; a shared beginning and end. This created so many wonderful moments and meaningful friendships that were fostered over generations. For this reason – to create collective experiences – we are focusing our programming in 4 categories: Retreats, Weekends at the Ranch, Farm Dinners, and Weddings. Here's a little bit more about our plans. 

Retreats at Red Clover Ranch are all-inclusive weekends for up to 15 guests staying onsite in shared and private accommodations, facilitated by independent retreat leaders. Retreats include all meals, lodging, daily sauna, and activities as designed by retreat leaders to suit their vision. We are looking to book retreats focused on fostering creativity, connecting with nature, and health and wellness. We are excited to offer Weekends at The Ranch. Join an intimate group at the Ranch, eat delicious farm-to-table food, and explore the beauty of the Driftless. Weekends at the Ranch will include lodging, two dinners & two breakfasts created by Chef Dani Lind, cocktail hour, bonfires, daily sauna time and full use of Red Clover facilities. Enjoy self-guided hiking, canoeing, fly-fishing, biking or enjoy some quiet rest and relaxation on the screened-in porches. This is a great opportunity to get 12-15 friends together. Weekends at the Ranch dates will be announced and available to book in March so keep an eye out.

We will be offering monthly farm-to-table dinners throughout our season, from May to October. Come enjoy a beautiful meal with friends new and old, and connect around the bonfire. The dinners will be thoughtfully paired with a curated selection of biodynamic and natural wine, low ABV cocktails, and beer. In collaboration with Red Clover resident Chef Dani Lind, we are inviting special guest chefs to create unique meals with the bounty of ingredients we have in the Driftless.

Host your full wedding weekend at Red Clover Ranch with up to 75 of your friends and family. We are here to make your wedding weekend relaxed and memorable, set against the backdrop of the hills and valleys of the Driftless. The Ranch can house up to 17 people onsite plus the marrying couple, with ample Airbnbs, traditional bed and breakfasts and motels to house the rest of your guests within a short drive. In addition to lodging, Red Clover provides indoor or outdoor ceremony locations, tables, chairs and tableware, use of the event barn, fire pit, and daily sauna. As part of our wedding package, Red Clover provides 2 meals of your choice and the reception meal. All meals are farm-to-table and will be curated by Chef Dani Lind according to your preferences and what's in season. We also offer wine, beer, and cocktail packages to suit your needs.
