Embodied Sovereignty Retreat with Nicole Lovald - 12 CEU's for Yoga Teachers

  • Red Clover Ranch 44727 County Rd X Soldiers Grove, WI 54655 (map)

Embodied sovereignty is the practice of reclaiming your body as a safe, sacred, and autonomous space. It involves trusting your inner authority, setting clear boundaries, and regulating your nervous system so you can respond to the world from a place of grounded truth rather than fear or reaction.

Our bodies hold so much.

Our bodies hold our past stories and histories, our present-day experiences and our worries for the future. Embodiment is a practice of deeply listening to what your body is holding and learning how to heal, trust and support yourself. Your body is a sovereign temple that deserves reverence and respect.

During this retreat you will be invited to honor yourself through nourishment, movement, rest, regulation and self-compassion. You will be guided to slow down and connect with your body's inner wisdom through somatic yoga practices, breathwork, self-inquiry, and inner attunement.

This retreat offers 12 Continuing Education Units (CEU’s) for yoga teachers.

Throughout the weekend together you will:

  • Learn how to reclaim a sense of safety and groundedness in your body

  • Gain a better understanding of your nervous system and regulation techniques

  • Practice somatic awareness to help build insight and self-trust

  • Build personal agency and sovereignty by learning to establish boundaries

  • Honor your innate worthiness by releasing the inner critic and claiming self-compassion

This retreat is for you if you are:

  • Feeling burned out, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself

  • Longing to feel more grounded, present, and emotionally regulated

  • Navigating a life transition, healing journey, or season of personal growth

  • Seeking a deeper relationship with your body beyond performance or appearance

  • Ready to reconnect with your inner wisdom in a safe and nurturing space

You will leave feeling:

More connected to yourself.
More grounded in your body.
More resourced in your nervous system.
And more empowered to move through life with clarity, compassion, and sovereignty.

Honor your mind, body and spirit throughout our weekend together with:

  • Nourishment: Choosing foods that fuel your energy and staying hydrated, while allowing for grace and balance.

  • Movement: Engaging in physical activity that brings you joy rather than punishment, allowing your temple to stay strong and capable.

  • Rest: Recognizing sleep and downtime as essential pillars of maintenance, not as rewards you have to "earn."

  • Boundaries: Protecting your space and peace from external stressors and relationships that do not serve your well-being.

  • Self-Compassion: Speaking to yourself with kindness and treating your mind as a sacred, peaceful sanctuary
